When adversity knocks, your breakthrough is near
There is a quiet truth that we sometimes only acknowledge in hindsight: struggles almost always indicate that you are standing on the edge of something new.
Every major win I’ve experienced was preceded by a moment (or a season) where I wanted to throw in the towel.
To be honest, adversity has a way of shaking us to our core. It can leave us questioning our worth, our path, and whether we have the strength to keep going. However, the most difficult chapters are actually where I’ve received the tools and lessons necessary to thrive once the page has turned. Imagine if I stopped just short, when things felt “too hard”?
As women, we carry so much weight, both visible and invisible— and the pressing of life sometimes feels like a crushing, but trust, it’s refinement! You’re being polished, stretched, and called forward to the next version of yourself. Breakthroughs don’t typically arrive neatly wrapped— they look like sleepless nights, closed doors, or unexpected detours. Just think of the times you’ve grown the most; was everything easy and predictable? Or did each one feel like THE season that you would not make it through? But in the end, every storm has added to your resilience, wisdom, and your ability to shine light for others who will walk a similar path.
So it you’re facing adversity right now, take a deep breath and remind yourself to keep going!
You are not behind— you are being prepared!
You are not weak— you are building strength that can’t be taken from you.
You are not forgotten— your breakthrough is already written.
After hardship, comes ease.
With love, Marian
